2009 Convention Brochure Online!

Many of you have been asking for weeks about the brochure for the 2009 Home School Convention.  Well, I can gladly say today that it is ready.  You can download the brochure here or go to arkansashomeschool.org to find the brochure and more about the 2009 conventions.

The brochure is laid out in full color, and includes information about both the Springdale and Searcy conventions.  It contains full summaries and schedules about guest speakers, curricula that will be for sale, and vendors that will be present.

We hope you will be able to join us at one of the conventions, and don’t forget to take our brief online poll to tell us whether or not you plan to attend.

    Hello AEA Folks!
I have been waiting by the mailbox for my convention brochure. But I have to say, I am really liking this new online format!

I am SUPER excited to see David Hazell as featured speaker. I think I submitted his name at the end of last year as a prospect for speaker this year. We are finishing up our second year of “My Father’s World” curriculum and have been so pleased. I am looking forward to possibly speaking with Mr. Hazell in person.

I will be renewing my AR Educator’s card and my HSLDA membership at this year’s convention, also. Our whole family always looks forward to the information, encouragement and fellowship we find at the convention. Thanks for all the work.

Looking forward to seeing Jerry, Martha and all the gang in a few short weeks.

    Blessings,
Mike, Rhonda and Harrison Hestir, Heber Springs

ps- May I offer names for next year? Rick “Uncle Rick” and Marilyn Boyer have a great homeschool “testimony” if you will. They run thelearningparent.com., and have some very encouraging literature, audios, etc…

@Mike – Thanks for the kudos; I’ll try to pass along your recommendations to Melissa and Jerry.

Hardcopies of the brochure should go out in the mail sometime next week, but we wanted to be sure everyone could get a head start finding out about the convention. Glad you’ve found it so helpful.

Feel free to stop in and say ‘hi’ to all of us at the E.A. booth in the Vendor Hall this year; we always enjoy visiting with folks!
