Arkansas law requires parents to complete a notice of intent to home school. The notice of intent asks for information about the home school curriculum, number of days in the home school term, and the education level of the home school parent. The parent must also sign an agreement stating that the parent or legal guardian is responsible for the education of their children.
You can file the notice of intent electronically, by mail, or in person at your local school district’s office. Click here for more.
